Extracting the source code, translating the app into other languages, or creating derivative versions is also prohibited. The app, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, remains the property of Farhan Mehran PVT Limited.
Farhan Mehran PVT Limited is committed to ensuring that the app remains useful and efficient. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify the app or introduce charges for its services at any time. However, we will always ensure that any applicable charges are clearly communicated.
The GhoostCam Detector app collects and processes personal data provided by you to deliver its services. It is your responsibility to keep your device and app access secure. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as doing so could compromise security, expose it to malware, and prevent GhoostCam Detector from functioning properly.
The app integrates third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:
Certain features of the app require an active internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or mobile data. Farhan Mehran PVT Limited is not responsible for any limitations in functionality due to a lack of connectivity.
If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi zone, your mobile provider's terms may apply, and you could incur data charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming fees. If you are not the primary bill payer, we assume you have received permission to use the app.
Additionally, Farhan Mehran PVT Limited is not responsible for device-related issues such as battery depletion. If your device runs out of power while using the app, we cannot be held liable.
We strive to keep the app updated and functional, but as we rely on third-party data sources, we do not guarantee constant accuracy. We may release updates from time to time, which you must install to continue using the app. We do not guarantee compatibility with all versions of iOS. Furthermore, we may discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, (a) your rights to use the app will end, and (b) you must uninstall it from your device.
GhoostCam Detector offers a premium subscription that unlocks additional features. A 3-day free trial is available for first-time subscribers. By paying the subscription fee, you gain access to the Pro membership for the duration of your valid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
Users purchasing subscriptions through the Apple Store are subject to Apple’s terms. For any payment, renewal, or refund issues, please contact Apple Support directly. We do not have access to your billing information and cannot issue refunds.
To cancel a subscription purchased via the Apple Store, follow the instructions provided in the App Store settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription; you must manually terminate it.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes. Any updates will be posted here.
